By accessing and using TrendCompare.pk ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About TrendCompare

TrendCompare.pk is a fashion price comparison platform. We aggregate publicly available product information from Pakistani fashion brand websites. We do not sell products directly. When you click "Buy from Brand", you are redirected to the brand's official website to complete your purchase.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One account per person — duplicate accounts may be removed
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Price Information Disclaimer

Prices displayed on TrendCompare are collected from brand websites through automated systems. While we strive for accuracy:

  • Prices may be delayed by up to 24 hours
  • Actual prices at the brand website may differ
  • Stock availability may change between our last update and your visit
  • We are not responsible for pricing errors or outdated information
  • Always verify the final price on the brand's official website before purchasing

5. Reviews & User Content

  • Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience
  • Do not post fake reviews, spam, or misleading content
  • Do not use abusive, hateful, or inappropriate language
  • We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms
  • By posting a review, you grant us permission to display it on the Platform

6. Points & Rewards System

  • Points are earned through platform activities (signup, reviews, social engagement)
  • Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • We reserve the right to modify the points system at any time
  • Abuse of the points system (fake accounts, spam) will result in account suspension

7. Brand Panel (B2B)

For brand partners using the Brand Panel:

  • Analytics data provided is based on our platform activity only
  • Competitor pricing data is publicly available information, aggregated for convenience
  • Brand responses to reviews are public and should be professional
  • Promotion/featured listings are subject to separate agreements

8. Intellectual Property

  • Product images and descriptions belong to their respective brands
  • TrendCompare's design, code, and original content are our intellectual property
  • Brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners
  • You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute our data without permission

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots or automated tools to scrape our platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Post false or misleading reviews
  • Create multiple accounts for abuse
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation

10. Limitation of Liability

TrendCompare is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Inaccurate pricing or product information
  • Issues with purchases made on third-party brand websites
  • Loss of data or service interruptions
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
