1. About TrendCompare

TrendCompare (trendcompare.pk) is a price comparison platform for Pakistani fashion brands. We do not sell products directly. When you click "Khareedein" on a product, you are redirected to the brand's official website where the purchase takes place.

2. Product Purchases

Since all product purchases are made directly on brand websites (Khaadi, Sapphire, Gul Ahmed, Maria B, etc.), any returns, exchanges, or refunds for products are governed by the respective brand's own return policy.

We recommend checking the return policy of the brand before making a purchase:

  • Visit the brand's website
  • Look for their "Return Policy" or "Exchange Policy" page
  • Contact the brand's customer support directly for return requests

3. Gift Cards (Coming Soon)

When our gift card service launches, the following policy will apply:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and delivered
  • If a gift card code is not working, contact us within 48 hours of purchase
  • We will replace defective or invalid gift card codes at no extra cost
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash

4. TrendCompare Account

Your TrendCompare account, including earned reward points, wishlists, and price alerts, is provided free of charge. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

5. Pricing Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date prices. However, prices are fetched from brand websites and may change at any time. TrendCompare is not responsible for price discrepancies between our platform and the brand's website at the time of purchase.
